My goal is to replicate the feelings of staying at an upscale hotel throughout a customer’s experience. At a hotel, the staff knows your name, anticipates your needs, and leaves you feeling safe, valued, and cared for. An effective content strategy does the same.
Whether I’m writing a web page to help customers navigate their way through their health plan or an article about fitness trends, I keep the end user in mind. I’m an empathetic person, and I use that skill to create a customer-focused experience.
