I can backflip out of an aerial yoga sling.
I can hold dancer pose on a paddleboard.
I can use the 12-pound bell in kettlebell class.
I can run, dance and balance in Kangoo.
I can climb a mountain.
But carrying two bags of groceries home exhausts me.
